Nightway Industries was founded in 2014 as Nightway Firearms, a federally licensed Class 01 Firearms dealer, headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The name came from our family name Nachtwey, which is German and once translated to English is Nightway. This is easier for most people to say, which is why it was chosen. Since then, the company has grown and expanded into the company it is today. Now, Nightway Industries is a federally licensed type 07 Firearms Manufacturer still located in Green Bay, WI USA.

Firearms- We have extensive experience building, refurbishing, and delivering complex weapon systems both new and old. Ranging from belt fed platforms, AR and AK platforms, as well as bolt, pump, and lever action guns. Parts and Accessories- Through production and distribution we produce and distribute battle proven parts and accessories ranging from heavy machine gun tripods to small MLOK parts, targeting systems and many things in-between. Armor and Soldier Systems- Nightway Industries is an authorized distributor of Agilite Systems Incorporated armor and tactical gear. As a leading Israeli tactical gear manufacturer, they are at the forefront of modern combat. In use daily, Agilite products are well refined and battle proven with elite operators. Flag and Patch- We produce flag patches, USA flags, high strength wovens and tactical pvc patches, and unit insignia
OEM Services - Beyond our 07 Manufacturers License, Nightway Industries provides Original Equipment Manufacturing Services (OEM). We make products for in house brands like Continental Liberty and NTC Elite that are available on amazon.com, ebay, their own websites, as well as empowering the success of other companies both large and small. Targeting Systems- Currently under development, we at Nightway Industries are in development of ruggedized high strength optics and computerized targeting systems. This development is ongoing, and we look forward to bringing these to market soon.
