Our Warranty

We stand resolutely behind every product with the Nightway Industries Lifetime Warranty.

Should any item ever fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it — without complication, without equivocation, and without delay.

This assurance does not extend to:

• Natural wear from regular use (such as worn straps, faded fabric)
• Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, scuffs, or finish wear over time)
• Damage arising from misuse, abuse, or intentional modification

The warranty is concerned solely with function. If the product does not perform as it should, we make it right.
